Visual Dealer enables dealers to synchronize their current stock listings with central servers,
Synchronized content includes detailed stock details
(Engine size, Body type, Colour, and several Pictures etc.) Stock items can also be
marked as 'Special Offer'. The stock listings can then be displayed on the dealer’s
website using special pages designed by us (Digital Forecourt). These Stock Pages are
fully customizable and the same stock listing is also advertised

Inventory Management
Visual Dealer allows Dealers manage their current and Sold / previous inventory by recording and storing information and allowing users perform searches
on the application returning information relevant to their search criteria. The recording of Inventory items is made easier through the use of several drop
down lists, (these enable users pick from a set of predefined items and minimize the risk of typing errors) For Cars and Bikes there is also a Comments
sections which allow up to 400 characters of a description which can be synchronized online and included in reports. For Boats there is a Accommodation
and a Description section which allow up to 400 characters that can also be printed in reports or synchronized online.
Several images can be recorded for each stock item which can also be synchronized online and printed or Emailed to interested parties by single item
stock reports. All Stock items are uniquely identified to allow easy retrieval of information from the system.
Sales and Warranty Tracking
Visual Dealer allows dealer's to record details of the inventory items purchased, (who they were purchased from, the type of purchase - trade in, Auction etc.)
through to the details pertaining to the sale of the item (Sale Price, warranty information, payment type etc). Visual Dealer allows dealer’s track and query
warranties on inventory items both from the supplier and to the customer. Customer Reports are printable which are Bar-coded for identification purposes.
Customer Contact Information
Visual Dealer keeps a listing of clients to minimize data input pertaining to the purchase and sale of inventory items existing clients and leading
to the development of a customer database which can be useful for future mail-shots.
Test Drives
Visual Dealer allows the recording of test drives into the application, which allows dealers keep track and identify who had a vehicle at a
particular date and time

Reporting
Visual Dealer has a full range of reporting facilities to include current inventory reports, financial reports (Purchases and sales of inventory items
by month etc.).
Sale Trend reports can be printed for user defined timescales.
Visual Dealer also the ability to print and export Sales reports allowing these to be used as a ‘Buyers Guide’ for the item of stock the client has purchased.
These Guides are bar coded allowing the easy retrieval of information from within Digital Dealer during an after-sales query.
Stock Listings and Single Stock Item Reports can be printed, Exported and Emailed to potential customers, All Customer based reports have the
facility to include a Company logo, a blank header (for use on headed paper) or a textual based Garage contact details (tel, Fax etc) header

Exporting Data
Details entered into Visual Dealer can be directly exported
to a number of different formats (Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe PDF
etc..) This allows data entered into Visual Dealer to be exported /
integrated to different applications.
Central Administration
Visual Dealer has its own administration module within to enable the administrator to manage, Add and Remove users and grant or deny them access to
certain information held within the application (e.g. not allow certain users view financial information). Visual Dealer also allows administrators back up,
restore, compact and repair the backend database in the event of a catastrophic failure.
Network
Visual Dealer can be networked allowing several users access the application at the same time on separate computers.
Self Service?
Some Add-On’s available for Visual Dealer include ‘Digital Showroom’ where another application is used in the dealers showroom (Fully Touch-screen Compliant) allowing customers browse through the inventory details with the option of printing Inventory reports etc whilst still securing other financial and purchase information, bringing a self service aspect to the showroom.
User Friendly
Visual Dealer has a user friendly GUI (Graphical User Interface) and includes a large online and searchable help system.
